Each time I had to deal with real estate, be it for renting a new apartment, or for relocating, or for buying a new house, I found it much easier to use the services of real estate agents. This decision saved me a lot of time and nerves, as they did all the required bureaucracy papers necessary for the transactions, plus they selected the homes to be visited according to my initial brief.
