Some years ago, when I used to rent my home, I always had proble4ms with many owners because I wanted to bring in my dog, Scottie, and most of them did not want pets to live in their property.
As if life wouldn’t be hard enough, being a renter with dogs can give you additional troubles in finding an apartment to rent and live in. There are still some house owners who would accept cats or smaller sized dogs, but they would never be happy if you brought in a German Shepperd, or a Collie. This is not always the great way to disseminate between the dog breeds you accept inside, as some small dogs can be crazy dynamic and chew your furniture and your shoes, while some big dog breeds can be really intelligent and tranquil.
Finding an Acceptable Living Situation For Renting
With Dogs
You should never hide the fact that you are going to bring in dogs in the owner’s flat. Always disclose this intention from the very beginning, so the property owner knows what you are up to. For those who wish to rent with dogs, the first question to be asked should be whether or not dogs are allowed to live on the property. This is important because it can save the renter a great deal of time. The renter may otherwise invest a great deal of time learning more about the property or even undergoing a credit check only to find out pet are not permitted.
For some dog owners, finding a rental situation which allows dogs is not the end of the search. The renter should also confirm the type of dog he owns will be allowed to live on the property. This may include both the size of the dog as well as the breed as some apartment complexes place limitations on the size of the dog and also prohibit certain breeds. Again confirming these facts early in the search for an apartment can be a tremendous time savings especially for those who own large or commonly banned breeds.
Renters should also consider the surrounding area when selecting a rental property. An ideal location would be one in which there is an adequate location to walk and exercise the dogs. Areas with large grassy areas may be ideal while areas which do not have a location to walk a dog may be problematic.
Read Contracts Carefully
Renters who have dogs should read their contract carefully before making a decision to rent a particular property. This is important because many landlords may impose restrictions on renters who own dogs. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to, requiring an additional security deposit for the renter, requiring specific cleaning methods on the carpets after the renter vacates the apartment and holding the renter responsible if the dog engages in nuisance barking. Nuisance barking can be a problem in apartment situations where the apartments are located close together and even share a common wall. Renters should be aware that in some situations, nuisance barking can be a cause for eviction. For these reasons, renters who own dogs should take the time to familiarize themselves with the rental contract.
Take Care of Your Rental Property
Finally, renters who have dogs may have to take additional efforts to maintain their apartment. This may include more diligent cleaning, especially of the carpets. Renters with dogs should respond quickly to accidents in the house to minimize the possibility of permanent staining and odors. Each accident should be addressed immediately and every effort should be made to clean the affected area completely.
Renters with dogs should also vacuum regularly especially if their dog is a heavy shedder. This will help to keep the living environment cleaner and will also minimize the amount of cleaning required when the renter vacates the property. Regularly vacuuming will prevent hair from being embedded into the carpet so deeply that it is difficult to remove.
Finally, renters with dogs should take care to pick up after their dogs while on walks and to keep their dogs leashed while in common areas. Many cities have leash laws and laws regarding picking up after dogs. Even if these laws are not in effect, renters should follow these policies as a courtesy to their neighbors. Additionally, keeping dogs on leashes during walks helps to ensure their safety by preventing them from running into the street.

There’s no such thing as jazz music without bass guitars. Their sound is the reason I fell in love with jazz in the first place. I remember the first jazz concerto I’ve attended: I was amazed by the bass guitar. Actually there were two bass guitar players in that band, both of them using short scale bass guitars, which created a terrific atmosphere.
Bass electric guitars are not that easy to play. I’ve tried once, and all I managed to do was to disturb my neighbours and to make my family bribe me to throw away or sell my bass guitar. I agreed to sell it, but I didn’t like what I saw: there were a lot of bass guitars for sale on internet at 100 dollars and under. I can understand that bass electric guitars are not w3anted by a lot of people, but I definitely thought mine was worth more, so I didn’t sell it after all.
Guess what: my kid is playing it today, and I’m so amused that he is fascinated by bass guitars that I even think to buy him some lessons.

What is efficiency?
Maybe each of us has a personal definition. For me, efficiency is to get jobs done quickly, so I can have half of the day for leisure activities.
Of course this depends on how many jobs you want to accomplish in a due interval of time, let’s say half a day.
How I do this:
I make a list each morning
I include everything, from office work to house cleaning or shopping.
I start doing the tasks on the list, one by one, and cut them as they are done.
At the end of the day, if there is so0mething left, I move it to the next day’s list.
I always start with the most urgent matters, but I also do the important and non urgent things, because otherwise everything would become urgent pretty soon.
If I get stuck, I let it aside for a while and do something else. Then I come back with a fresh perspective and most of the times I manage to get even the hardest things done in a simple way.
Sometimes I appeal to Murphy’s laws: I leave it for the day after tomorrow, because until then, it won’t be necessary to do it any longer

Wanting is good. This is the engine for progress. If we didn’t have wishes, then we’d probably still live in caves, or in trees, eating bananas and hunting ants.
Do you know what people want the most? I’ve did e small research and these are my conclusions about the most common wishes:
1. Be a millionaire
2. Be fit
3. Be vegetarian
4. Be non-smoker
5. Be sexy
6. Be smart
7. Be loved
8. Be appreciated
9. Be admired
10. Be a millionaire
Why don’t people wish to be honest, to be kind, to be gentle, to love more, to be helpful, to be good, to be nice, to be involved?

Global warming has started long time ago, and it gains more and more momentum, until the day when things will get out of any control, and there will be a chain reaction which will dis balance the entire planet, the climate and the living conditions.
Scientists evaluated that an increase with only 2 Celsius degrees of the average temperature would lead to natural catastrophes, because the ice at the Poles would melt rapidly, increasing the planetary ocean’s level with 1-2 meters. This would be enough to kiss New York, London and a few other cities good bye. New York’s infrastructure is already under the ocean level. The New York subway is also under the ocean level, and workers are already fighting hard with floods and infiltrations.
Have you thought that if you consume less, then the quantity of those goods which are produced every day would decrease, thus diminishing the CO2 level, and slowing down the global warming process?
I’m not telling you now to get rid of your car and get a bicycle. I’m just thinking that we can all cut the waste in our homes. Why to we leave the household appliances plugged in when we don’t use them? Did you know that all those appliances which are in stand by can make you pay more for electricity? The amount you could save in one year si not that much, probalby around $100-$200, but it would contribute a lot to saving the planet.
Why not help the humanity while saving money for a nice restaurant dinner once a year? Start today! Help our children live.

So many times, women after the age of 40, or even younger ones are extremely concerned with the look of their skin. Each new wrinkle is a new catastrophe, the loss of elasticity is a disaster, and the aged look is the end of the world.
Chantal Pharmaceuticals came with a discovery which addresses this major concern of nowadays women: Ethocyn, the skin-rejuvenating molecule. This discovery belongs to Chantal Burnison, CEO and owner of Chantal Pharmaceutical, and tests have shown that it improves the skin elasticity and reduces the apparition of wrinkles. The company invested over $20 million in Ethocyn’s research & development, during the past 19 years.
It is interesting that the clinical tests proved the product’s efficacy in both men and women.
Looking good is definitely an important ingredient of one’s self-esteem, because it generates a feeling of wellbeing and control over the aging process.

How do you think our ancestors, the Cavemen used to cook their meals? Flame-grilled, of course, as they had no freezers, no microwaves, no chemicals to stuff the food with. They were probably healthier than us, and the only reason they lived less were the dinosaurs and other creatures who were always hungry.
In modern times, you can still enjoy the lost art of grilling chicken in the most healthy way, at El Pollo Loco restaurant. Here, chicken are flame-grilled, and for a maximum of taste, they are marinated before. This gives meat a savor you cannot stop thinking of. Besides, the chicken are grilled just in front of your eyes, so you’ll see that there’s no dirty trick, and everything is clean and safe to eat.

I’ve never had a pet in my life, until last year, when I decided I needed one really bad.
It was hard to decide between getting a cat or a dog, and although I thought I liked dogs better, the cat won for the following reasons:
You don’t have to walk her outside the house twice or three times a day
You don’t have to wash it
It doesn’t bark, so neighbours won’t get annoyed by the noise (although this was a fake reason - a cat in heats can cry really loud, and it lasts for hours)
It doesn’t want to jump in your lap whenever you less expect that
You can leave it alone at home for several days, provided you leave enough supplies of food and water.
I’m very happy with my decision. Our cat is very, very nice, friendly, playful, and we love her a lot. And you know what? I discovered cats are smarter than I thought they were. However, their memory is short: if you upset a cat today, she’ll remember that for only a couple of hours. Tomorrow she’ll be again ready to play and get upset once more

Tip! Contact creditors and others you owe money to.
Screened March 26, 2006
Florida Film Festival
Back in 2002, when Jennifer Aniston was married to Brad Pitt and co-starring in the hugely successful “Friends,’ she played the title role in director Miguel Arteta’s independent film “The Good Girl.” Her portrayal of a drab, depressed store clerk trapped in an unhappy marriage to a pot-bellied house painter was so moving that she received a nomination for an Independent Spirit Award.
At the time, Arteta told me in an interview that “Jennifer is a naturally happy person and had to learn how to reflect the appearance of someone who is severely depressed. She wore ankle and wrist weights for weeks before filming in order to help her slump over.”
I’m guessing that Aniston doesn’t need the weights anymore to be convincing.
In “Friends With Money,” writer-director Nicole Holofcener’s third feature film, Aniston plays another drab, depressed character, only this time she’s the friend without a husband, without a promising future, and (as the title implies) without any money. The film is promoted as an ensemble piece which includes Catherine Keener, Frances McDormand, and Joan Cusack as three long-time friends of Olivia (Aniston’s downtrodden teacher now working as a maid). However, “Friends With Money” begins with Olivia’s story, centers around developments in her personal life, and ends with a possibility (rather than a promise) for her future.
Tip! If they can manage and understand the budgeting process I’m all for it. When grandma gives them money for their birthday, after they have put aside 10% each for savings and for donation to a charity, allow them to budget for the remainder.
As we watch Olivia beg, borrow, and steal to get by — including stealing another woman’s husband for a few romantic encounters — her wealthy friends struggle with their own problems. Ensemble or not, clearly the sticky-fingered Olivia (i.e., Aniston) steals the show, as well.
Christine (Keener) realizes that she and her husband — screenwriting collaborators — don’t communicate anymore. Confronted by her own mortality and a strikingly effeminate husband, fashion designer Jane (McDormand) fears that she’s losing control. On the other hand, Frannie (Cusack) is happily married and independently wealthy, and has no significant worries except the basic inconveniences of daily existence.
The men in their lives, played by Simon McBurney, Jason Isaacs, Scott Caan, Greg Germann, and Bob Stephenson, have their own intricate stories to tell.
Tip! Find Good Products and Test Them. When you are ready to take the step into making money online, affiliate marketing is one of the simplest ways beginners can make money.
We get to view these tangled relationships from every angle, and are privy to conversations between the four women, between two of the women gossiping about the others, between the individual couples, between friends and clients, between friends and lovers (or past/potential lovers), between the men, and various combinations of all of the above. It may be complicated keeping track, but it’s certainly lots of fun.
Honestly written and sensitively portrayed, this Sony Pictures Classics Release reveals the comedy and drama of modern couples in Los Angeles trying to work things out, but “Friends With Money” shares the triumphs and frustrations of middle-aged women everywhere as they come to terms with their social, personal, familial, and sexual status in life.
